When parents lock their parents portal account the default template only informs them that the account is locked not that the lock is temporary or how long it is applied.
Having just those two additional details would be enough but adding the template to the list of editable templates in email manager would be more ideal.
We field a large number of unlock requests from parents who only choose to use the portal when academic reports are released or to book parents evenings and I don't like having to watch my email until 10pm at night playing wack-a-mole with account locks to avoid a snotty email from a parent in the morning.
If the lock details were stated in the lock email that would elevate a lot of the pressure from IT to get the account unlocked manually and respond to the parent.
