Add pupils' preferred name to all email templates Merged

Students' preferred names are important for our school. Since we are one of the international schools in China that use Chinese names for surname & forename, English names for preferred names. When our foreign teachers receive emails generated by iSAMS, and they only have students' Chinese names (forename & surname), which is not convenient for them. Can iSAMS team add students' preferred names to all email templates? Thanks.
