In case parent forgot to submit the leave request for their child/ren and wants to update for school in the following day, it is very useful for my school to tell parent that it is parent's responsibility to do so. In the old portal, it was very great when parent could actively do it by themselves. Now, parents have to send email to school, and the student attendance officer needs to update it manually, which is so annoying and time consuming. I was explained that due to safeguarding reason, this feature was removed but it was not making sense. As the school admin will update (approve or reject) the leave request daily on Isams, it is not easy for parents to update it after the school had approved or rejected. I hope you guys to put consideration bringing this back again.
