I would like to suggest a change regarding the Rewards & Conduct tab in the Parent Cloud Portal.
When I first opened the page, it displayed “Secondary Behaviour Concerns” by default, and I had to click the tick to access the information about my chiled. This may not be very clear for primary parents and could feel a little alarming to see this as the first item on the page.
I believe that secondary concerns should only appear for secondary students, not for all schools, to make the page more intuitive and reassuring for primary parents.
