From my correspondence with ISAMS Support, if you filter by an alphabets that is expected to return zero results, a VBScript runtime error will be shown. E.g. you filter by the letter Q but you have no teachers beginning with Q.
A more easily understandable error message would be appreciated.
Surely this should be being treated as a bug by iSAMS...?
