All Day” option from leave request in cloud parent portal only works when you submit before school hours, otherwise it will give error “Start Date time must be in the future”.
We advise them to use the custom option to enter start and end time. Maybe it would be helpful if the parent can still use the “All day option” even if they are submitting in the middle of the day. It just confuses some parent.
