When assigning a pupil as out of school the user is prompted with the start and return dates which correctly default to the current date.
It would be more convenient for the user if the start date is changed ( to a future date ) that the return date is updated automatically to be this future date. It currently stays as todays date.
Thank you for adding a suggestion to the Ideas Portal. We are currently working on enhancements to the Out of School feature, including improving how the start and end dates work, so we will fix this issue as part of this development.
