Please make the County dropdown appear all the time. I have configured a global list of Malaysia counties with corresponding codes for each county. This is statutory requirement for einvoice implementation in Malaysia. User is required to choose one of the counties/codes in the list if the Malaysia country is chosen. Without the dropdown it opens up to opportunity for error, i.e. user enter an input which is not in the dropdown list.

Current configuration only allows the County dropdown to be visible if (a) County is blank; or (b) County is UK.
