Passport data is available but visa data isn't. This is anomalous. REST API is an additional cost. (Because it is designed for third parties?) Batch API can be used in school to extract data internally.

Letter Wizard option to publish to Parent Portal as PDF and ready for download instead printing them
Adding this option will save cost on printing letters to parents, which is ideal currently to have a paperless transaction, communication or notification apart from traditional email.

Could we have a field on the analysis codes so that we can ID the VAT status of each cost centre eg Vatable, Partial Exemption, Not Vat Recoverable. This would ease the partial exemption calculation once data is exported to excel

It doesn't seem possible to display recent School News and Documents on the Dashboard of the new Cloud Parent Portal. This is currently available on the old Parent Portal. please could it be added to the Cloud portal.

Attendance Registers - Auto Flagging Discrepancies
We would like to have the option to set up customisable automations where certain staff (e.g. Attendance Officer, Head of Year etc) will be sent an automated email where there are discrepancies between periods so it can be looked into. For example...
We have a long list of deposit types including registration fees. Some of these are no longer used and it would be useful to be able to set these to inactive.
