User Account information syncs with the data in HR Manager

Currently, User Account information is completely isolated from the data in HR Manager, so if we correct data in HR Manager, it doesn't get corrected in the User Account. It would be useful if the data is synced between the two so whenever we update data in HR Manager, it gets updated in the User Acount as well.
