it would be useful to be able to audit changes to Registers and Out of School, when i am asked to see why someone has not been registered in a lesson they were not expected to be in, because an OOS record exists for them. Currently i cannot tell if the OOS was created/edited after the register period was open... so user just think the system is broken/doesnt work.
