At our school, we often have subjects or activities (e.g. Chemistry) where students from different classes are grouped together. Currently, iSAMS only allows registration on a set or form basis, which makes it difficult to record attendance accurately for these mixed-class groups.
We would like to propose an enhancement to allow the creation of custom registration groups that can include students from different classes, forms, or year groups. These groups should appear as selectable options in Registration Manager so that teachers can easily take attendance for their specific group, regardless of the students’ original form or class.
Having this function would provide schools with more flexibility in managing registration and improve attendance accuracy in real-world teaching setups.
