On 'School Register' the ability to mark the entire year group with the same 'out of school' reason such as V- Educational Visit or Trip or P-Sports would be very useful and time saving. You can currently click on 'All Away' but then you have to go into each pupil and choose the reason.

This suggestion is not a feature we would implement as it would still take longer to enter these students as out of school via the school register tab rather than the OOS area, which is designed to quickly enter absence marks for groups of students.
