It would be more useful if it possible to change the text displayed, rather than have to click on the icon for further info.
For example, I have created a register of Student Leaders and an icon is displayed in Pupil Manager and Registers, hovering on the icon displays "On register", it has to be clicked on to open the panel to view the student's role, like Head Boy, House Captain etc. It would be far more useful if the role could be displayed in the hover.
