We would want this as an on-going function, always available to see, not a one-off. The reason is down to the timetabling for Music lessons. Currently, we are using Involve (Practice Pal) which can not sync these items meaning children are missing lessons and wasting teacher time because the information hadn't been easily available. We have about 6 members of staff collating absence information from different areas so it gets complicated.
We want to know when an absence is added to Out of School Manager so that new additions to our other lists are easily identifiable and the music, weekly, timetables can be accurately created.
Please would you expand further on your requirements? Would you want the audit trail to show exact details of when the OOS is entered/edited so that someone can manually check the OOS list to verify if a new entry has been added?
