In manage seating plans-excel output report in plans tab we need for exam board regulations:
In the first tab: plan
invigilator desk position,
what subject program
duration of exam
First name on seating plan
Coloured paper* the colour the student needs ( coloured paper added to the SEN but the actual colour the student needs)
2nd tab: candidates
Room of the exam
Exam date
Register-present/absent column
Duration of exam
Including how much extra time linked to the student with extra time
Ordered by seat number- snaked as a preference but give options
When using create seating plan you need to be able to order it in date order & it needs to show students that have not been seated. Greying out desks would also be very useful-to seat the majority of students but leave desks available to seat students that need to be sat for example at the back of the room, or have extra time.
Admin users also need to be able to seat students with different exams/extra time easier. Currently to add a new exam to the room you have already seated you have to delete the seating plan & start again- this is also if the student has changed from a higher tier exam to a lower tier.
Also please can the text be larger & printing parameters be easier to change.
Would it be possible to do these changes as a bespoke request? How much would it cost?
