Reward & Conduct notifications emails should be sent directly from iSams and not the Parent Portal. At the moment, if parents do not have an iSams Parent Portal account, they do not receive notification emails.
This is a really important feature for us too - we assumed (wrongly) that parents had been receiving reward notifications and we have just found out they are not. Our staff would much prefer to send emails directly than log on iSams as then they know parents have seen it. We're very keen to alert parents!
