Currently the dashboards and reports in the admissions modules show a lot of historical data, dating back years so that we can do trend and conversion analyses. However, these stats don't include any reference from records that have been deleted (e.g for GPDR and data retention policies). Therefore the rates for most unsuccessful categories (rejections, withdrawals etc) will be under reported. This idea would be to keep some sort of "archived" data of the admission statuses and other associated fields that can be used by the admissions module for more accurate stats.
