The ability to create a letter from within iFinance would make the credit control process much more efficient and less prone to error. We are a school and our customer accounts are fee-paying parents. From the Sales > Customers screen, for each account under the Actions menu, we can create a range of items but nothing suitable as a letter to chase payment. From the same menu we can Email a Statement, but there is no way to further personalise this without taking it outside the system.
It would be a game changer if we could both create/edit and email a letter from within iFinance.
This feature would benefit any company chasing up debt.
