There are many more exam access arrangements listed in the Exam Access Arrangements JCQ guidelines see link which you do not have listed available in the registters : AA_regs_Revision_One_Sep23_FINAL.pdf (jcq.org.uk), an example would be Timetable Variation, coloured paper, and mobile device. It is important for our SENCO and Examinations officer to work productively and efficiently that the iSAMS lists in the Exams and SEND module match the current JCQ regulations. There are published each September and therefore we would ask that this is reviewed annually so these things can be added.
These definitely need updating or we need to be able to add custom check boxes, for different access arrangement types. I have been asked to add smaller room, colour paper and a separate read aloud box but have had to let our SENCo team know that I can't do this. Frustrating. I hope this will be reviewed in the forthcoming update to that section.
