At the moment when running an Individual Register Report the late codes come up as present, but highlighted yellow. It would be best if this could state L code instead of present so a print out would have the correct coding.
If you use the Late button when taking the register, the mark will show as yellow highlighted Present on the Individual Register Report. If you select 'L-Late' from the dropdown when taking the register, the Individual Register Report will show 'L' with the applicable highlighting.
I am not sure what is meant by 'If the student is marked as absent/present using the 'L' code, the register will show the 'L' in the report with applicable highlighting, as either absent or present dependent on what you have set the code to display'. Absent children are never marked with an 'L', we only use 'L' if a child is late. If a child is classed as absent but present then that is a 'U' code.
