In addition to being able to set the next year's boarding house and form in advance of the administrative rollover, it would also be useful to be able to set the future pastoral tutor, and have that become the tutor when rollover happens (like the house).
This would enable the future allocations to be done towards the end of term, within iSams, and then take effect over the summer without lots of additional manual data .entry.
It would be very useful to have this field added. If it is added, can I also ask that it is made an option in the Student merge fields in Email Wizard (Student Manager) so we can inform current parents in our Junior School who their child's Pastoral Tutor will be when they move into the Senior School. At the moment we have set up a custom field in our Enrolment tab so we can do this but this does mean duplicating our workload towards the end of the year when we're already incredibly busy preparing for rollover.
