Parent Portal Create Account Design Issue

We are running the Parent Portal this year and there has been so much confusion amongst parents trying to create portal accounts despite detailed screenshot instructions.

After parents receive the registration emails to create a portal account they click on the link and they have to click on the blue letters that say create account in the main login box.

There is absolutely no indication whatsoever that the create account letters are actually a link to click and it has caused so many problems especially as a lot of the parents don't speak English very well.

It's actually caught me out when I was testing in the first place and I really do want you to know that it's a terrible design feature and it really needs fixing in my opinion sorry to say this but I can tell you from experience that this is definitely a valid opinion.

Do you think you'd be able to submit a request for change as surely it should be a very simple issue to just change the screen appearance to make the create account look like a button....?
