Automate the construction of gradebook based on a master gradebook

iSAMS contains information on teachers, subjects, levels, and their respective schedule assignments. With this foundational information, along with the construction of a master gradebook, the creation of these could be automated in a quick and orderly manner. This would aid in the administration and rapid start-up of new schools.

All the subjects' gradebooks have the same structures and deadlines etc. info for one term. If iSAMS could have the control over the master gradebook to apply the modification to all the related gradebooks in one go. It will save much time.

    Hello,

The Curriculum Manager will facilitate the creation, management, and allocation of Gradebook Templates. These can then be assigned to "Courses" (Year Groups and Subject Sets), creating a master Gradebook for each Course, distributed by Set. Additionally, we are focusing on enhancing the referencing of these Gradebooks and developing options for HODs to build their Custom Trackable Gradebooks. Currently, this functionality is available through the Gradebooks Report, which filters data by Year Group, Subject, Gradebook(s), and column(s).

With the rollover feature, Gradebook Templates will automatically update annually. This means you will only need to import pupils into sets, which will then be allocated to pre-templated courses.

Changes to the Gradebook for all classes can be centrally managed and modified within the Curriculum Manager.

We plan to announce the release of Curriculum Manager in September/October, with additional details on how to access these new features.

This is very important for all schools currently using gradebooks and will be very helpful for new schools as well.
