It would be very useful to be able to view the email queue before sending an email using the email wizard. (i.e. for an administrator to be able to see the current Communication Summary screen at any time, and not only after choosing to send an email).
In addition to this, it would be great if we were able to manage the queue and prioritise the send of certain emails over other emails. At the moment, if you are trying to reset 2FA for a user, for example, but there is a newsletter being sent to 2500 parents, the 2FA email is queued and then expires before it is received.
