In some large schools with multiple divisions, it is the academic secretary who authorises absence. In the Leave Request settings, you can only add form tutor, pastoral tutor etc. the ability to forward all leave requests to a member of the admin team would be helpful.

Usually the leave request needs to reach the School Secretary or other specific person who is not Form Tutor or Year Group, pastoral,neither Academic nor Boarding housemaster. If we could asign a role that belongs to an specific person that will reduce the concerns of adding a person to a role in order to receive this communications and them see another areas, that don't belong to their real role.
It would be helpful if schools could use roles that are created in HR Manager.
The ability to create additional roles would be very helpful indeed.
