For Rewards / Conduct that make use of the 'Use Resolved' option, this status should be displayed as a flag / traffic light / description of action taken within the main R & C window so staff can manage and review the records they need to each day.
There appears to be no current way of displaying records that need a 'follow up' or have been 'actioned' which would be helpful without having to edit each record to get to the 'resolved tab'
