Folder Structure in Reports Manager

It would be great if there could be a folder structure in the Cycle Manager area, Currently they are grouped by academic year but it would be good if we were able to define additional structure eg terms, half terms, divisions etc.

The external exam seating plans could show the colour of each exam AND the candidate details.

The seating plans for external exams are great, but you can only view EITHER the candidate details, exam access OR have each exam in a different colour. So that pupils can identify which subject colour block they are in so they know where to look ...

Office 365 calendar/meetings/scheduling (and, I presume Google as well) would be more useful if there were a way for Ed:gen to export to or write a teacher or student's timetable to it. Currently, people would need to create repeating appointments...

Change the colour tiles in cover manager

When adding cover they are faint and it makes it difficult to tell who needs covering.

Add "Published" icons to columns in List View so teachers can see at a glance which columns have been published to the Student or Parent Portals.

Custom names for"free periods"

It would be good to have students blank spaces on timetables be automatically called "Study Period" or something else. Framing these non-taught periods as study periods would certainly help set the right tone.

Cover Slip: First name of absent teacher to be added to <--COVER-CoverDetails-->

The field <--COVER-CoverDetails--> displays only the surname of the absent teacher. Can this field be update to include the absent teacher's first name be included? Thanks!

Available tags should be alphabet sorted and reduced when the a year in school structure is selected
