The external exam seating plans could show the colour of each exam AND the candidate details.

Also, would it be possible to create a report - accessible to all staffin the report printing module - that would allow you to find missingreports by department or by form. This would have to include reports(or grades) not yer started.
Once all candidates have been seated for a particular exam, the exam details should go a different colour
This would be a double check that you have seated all the candidates for that exam. Also, it would be very easy to see where you were up to in creating your seating plans.
